The 2016 conference for our timing partners is scheduled for January 17-20 in Savannah, GA.
We are excited to have chosen the Hyatt Regency Savannah in the heart of the city also known as the “Hostess City of the South”. The hotel provides direct access to River Street, where restaurants, bars, shopping and ferries can be reached with a short walk. If you’ve never been to Savannah before, it certainly warrants an extra day for site seeing as well. Historic Savannah offers great guided tours, is home to many museums, and is packed with magnificent homes and mansions all within walking distance.
We will email more details on conference agenda at the end of the year, but check-in starts Sunday afternoon and there are typically a couple sessions later that afternoon as well as the welcome cocktail reception that evening. Then we will finish up with lunch on Wednesday.
Hotel Reservations and Registration
Hotel reservations and conference registration must be done separately, please make sure that you complete both as needed.
We have established a rate of $175 a night for the duration of the conference, valid for bookings through 12/28. Hotel prices change often so be sure to check for a less expensive rate before you book. In order to make your hotel reservation, please visit the hotel’s reservation site here.

Conference registration is $150 through December 18th and $200 after that date.
PLEASE NOTE: We have reduced the cost of registration this year, however we will not be issuing gift cards to attendees to cover lunches during the day. We have also further reduced the cost to partially help offset the rising hotel rate.
