2010 Users Conference

The ChronoTrack 2010 Users Conference will be held from January 24 through January 26 at the Sirata Beach Resort and Conference Center in St. Pete Beach, FL. The conference is an open to non-ChronoTrack or prospective ChronoTrack users in addition to current ChronoTrack timers.

The conference will open Sunday evening with the welcoming reception at 7:00 PM and main conference sessions will start Monday morning at 8:30 AM. Sessions will be held throughout the day Monday and Tuesday and will conclude Tuesday afternoon at 4:00 PM.

The conference will include the following:

  • General Information Sessions
  • Specialized Training Sessions
  • New software release information, including highlights of new features
  • New products such as the ChronoTrack “B-Tag” (Bib-Tag), the ChronoTrack MiniTrack (4m low-cost system), the Triathlon Tag and reusable tag program
  • General Q & A Sessions and Feedback Forum

    • Breakfast and Lunch will be provided Monday and Tuesday.

    Registration Cost:
    $200 per attendee through January 1, 2010
    $250 per attendee from January 2, 2010 through January 21, 2010
    We will not be accepting late registrations

    Hotel reservations and deposits should be made directly with the conference center. Their reservation form is included below. They will be reserving a set number of rooms until December 23, 2009.
