Platt Systems has decided to purchase ChronoTrack Systems, the leader in disposable event timing. They chose the new systems because of the many benefits that are passes on to both events and athletes.

“We chose to purchase this system, to simplify the timing process for athletes and organizers,” Said Ken Platt, owner of Platt Systems.

ChronoTrack Systems will provide them with proven disposable technology in May 2009. The new system will offer Platt Systems, stability and reliability with easy-to-use functionality a long with time, space and staff savings benefits throughout all of their the ChronoTrack timed events.

By adopting the new technology, Platt Systems is ensuring they stay up to date with the newest technology in the timing industry and will continue to meet the needs of the 150 plus events they time each year.

Athletes can look forward to seeing Platt Systems and their new ChronoTrack equipment at the following events: Space and Aviation 5K Road Race, GE Petit Foundation 5K Road Race, Clinton Blue Fish 5K, Niantic Bay Half- Marathon and the Madison Jaycees Thanksgiving Day 5 Mile Road Race.
