Evansville, IN (April 16, 2009) – Bay State Race Services has found an industry-leading timing system to provide the right solution to meet both their cutting edge technology and disposable timing needs. The company has purchased timing equipment from ChronoTrack Systems, the leader in disposable event timing. The new solution will help Bay State Race Services streamline operations and improve business opportunities.
“We want to remain competitive by offering the newest technology in our industry,” said John Burke, owner of Bay State Race Services. “By purchasing this system we will be able to provide an additional timing option for events considering disposable chips.”
After thorough review of other timing systems, Bay State Race Services determined ChronoTrack Systems was the best choice to provide their customers with the disposable and new technology they have been asking for. ChronoTrack Systems offers events the ability to have a disposable timing option (D-tag) that is attached to the bib that athletes simply peel off, place through their laces and compete in the event. With ChronoTrack Systems, events no longer have to worry about collecting the timing devices or having a secure chip return zone at the end of their races.
Bay State Race Services is looking forward to receiving their new systems in May 2009. Some of their noted events that will be utilizing the ChronoTrack technology are Maine Marathon, New Bedford Half Marathon, Holyoke St Patrick’s Day 10K, O’Hartford 5K.
